this was just unbelievable. I was supposed to be picked up at 4:40 am. the driver finally arrived at 5:45. my husband asked him if he knew what time it was and he said 4:45. he had forgotten to spring forward for daylight savings time. the thing that really pissed me off, is I called the dispatcher 3 times to ask where he was and was assured each time he would be there momentarily. I thought if we had no one else to pick up, I could still make it to the airport on time, but no, he said he had to make two more stops. I couldn't help but think about those other poor people who were probably on the phone with the dispatcher being told he would be there momentarily. I woke my husband up and made him drive me to the airport, so at least I made my flight. the whole experience was just so unbelievable. I will never call them again.
